JADA is software for independent beauty providers. This page is how you reach us about your JADA account, and how to tell quickly whether we are the right people to ask.

Contact us

Email support@itsjada.com. We read every message. We aim to reply within one business day.

Are you a client of a beauty provider?

If you booked an appointment with a beauty professional who uses JADA, please contact her directly — she runs her own business and holds your booking. She is the right person for anything about the appointment itself: rescheduling, cancellations, prices, deposits, refunds, or the service you received. JADA is the software she uses; we cannot change her schedule, her policies or her prices.

If you cannot reach her, or your question is about a JADA link or your own record in the client portal, write to us and we will help where we can.

What we can help with

  • Signing in, password resets, and email verification.
  • Your JADA account, workspace settings, team members and permissions.
  • Something in the product behaving incorrectly.
  • Subscription and billing questions, when paid subscriptions are active.
  • Requests about your information — access, correction, deletion, or an export of your data.
  • Reporting a security concern.

What helps us answer on the first reply

  • The email address on your JADA account.
  • Your business name as it appears in JADA.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • When it happened, and the page or action you were on.
  • A screenshot, if it shows the problem.
Never send passwords, full card numbers, government identification numbers or bank account details to support — by email or any other channel. We will never ask you for them, and you should treat any message that does as fraudulent.

Security reports

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email support@itsjada.com with the details and how to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly, and do not access or modify data that is not yours while testing.

Current status of the product

JADA is in an early, invitation-based stage. Payments and text messages are simulated — no card is charged and no text reaches a real phone. Anything shown as a payment or a sent message is a record of what the system would do. We say so plainly here so nothing in the product is mistaken for a real charge or a real notification.
