The trial promise

Day fifteen is already written.

Fourteen days, no card, the whole product. And if you don’t continue, JADA steps aside — it never stands between you and your clients.

Your clients keep their appointments · Your data stays yours

If a trial ends

  • Appointments you've accepted stay manageable until they're resolved
  • Refunds required for those commitments stay executable
  • Export stays available — through trial, grace, and retained access
  • Nothing is deleted silently — notice always comes first

Plain answers

Straight answers, before you ask.

Can I start today?

Not yet. JADA is in early access, so enrollment runs by invitation while the first providers come aboard. Ask for access and we'll onboard you directly. The showroom is open to everyone in the meantime.

Will you take my card during the trial?

No. The trial takes no card — billing isn’t active during early access, and there is no payment processor connected to charge one with. Every payment inside the product today is recorded with the real math and the real ledgers, and clearly badged simulated.

What am I actually getting on each plan?

During early access every workspace runs the whole product, whichever plan describes it — nothing is metered and no seat cap is active. Paid plan boundaries take effect when paid enrollment opens. The plans above describe what each size of business is buying, so you can choose from experience rather than from a feature grid.

What happens after the trial?

You choose the plan that fits and keep working. Every trial runs at STUDIO — the whole product — so the decision comes from using it. If you don’t continue, the promise above holds: JADA may pause new bookings, and it will not stand between you and commitments you already made.

Why show prices you cannot charge yet?

Because they are decided, and a provider planning her year deserves a real number rather than “contact us”. These are launch prices — what JADA costs when paid enrollment opens.

Can I get my data out?

Always, and free. Your entire client book exports as a spreadsheet — including notes — through trial, grace, and retained access. No export fee, no hostage.
